Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Hallowcos.com we strive to offer 100% satisfaction to all our valued customers. Our Returns/Exchange and Refunds Policy is as follows:

1. We provide a full refund or replacement of defective/wrong products (damage caused by customers is not included in this category). And we will bear the re-shipping cost. But customers should contact us within 2 days of delivery of items and email us photos to support claims for replacement or refund.

2. Due to the special size of customized or tailor-made costumes, we do NOT accept the return of customized or tailor-made costumes.

3. For returns and exchanges, you need to contact us within one weeks after the package is delivered and you need to return the item within 7 days after we agree you return it.

4. If you want to return or exchange the costumes due to your mistake, you need to bear the return and re-ship shipping cost and We will only refund part of the product price but not the shipping fee( because our products are not free shipping). And please contact our customer service via email [email protected] firstly, we will check the issues and confirm the return details for you. Otherwise, we do not accept the return without the consent of the customer service.

5. We only accept refunds for accessories, props, wigs, and standard-size costumes. You need to ensure that the goods are unused, unstained, and unbroken status. Besides, you will have to bear the shipping cost for sending the goods back to our warehouse.

6. The refunds will be returned back to you in 1-3 business days after we receive the item in good condition.

7. Incorrect Delivery Address
Hallowcos.com ships all orders to the address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting all required address information. In the event that shipping information was incorrect or incomplete during the checkout process, Hallowcos.com will not be responsible for any additional charges to reship or retrieve a package.
