If your order has already shipped, you will see the word "Shipped" by each line item on your order, as well as a link to your tracking information on the right side of the page.

Otherwise, you will see one of the following status codes on each of the line items of your order.

  • Awaiting Payment: This means your order was awaiting payment.
  • Awaiting Reviews: This means the order is completed and awaiting your comments and feedback.

If there is an issue with your order you will receive notification from our Customer Service team via email. Otherwise, your order will ship as expected without issue.
